Over 33 million visits to "the worst song ever" on YouTube (+ video)

WASHINGTON, March 22, 2011 (AFP) - The video of what many consider "the worst song ever" and received more than 30 million views on YouTube and the topic was among the best selling online music store iTunes Apple. The song "Friday", played by Rebecca Black, a California teenager of 13 years, was uploaded to YouTube last month by the company Ark Music Factory, after asking permission from parents of the girl.

"It's Friday, Friday, Friday is the Friday, everyone celebrates the weekend, "sings a chorus," party, party, party, fun, fun, fun, live the weeekend. The second week of March, a comedian said the video saying "not everyone is made to write songs." Then a Yahoo music blog talked about a song pops appalling that the brain, "and Time magazine mentioned a video" horrible to the point of being funny.

" All these comments generated millions of hits and dozens of parodies. In iTunes, the song sold for 99 cents on the dollar, is at position 45 of increased sales. Furthermore, "Rebecca Black" for several days contained in the list of the "trending topics" (topics discussed) from Twitter.

Invited to the morning show on ABC, Rebecca Black admitted having felt sorry for the criticism. "At first when I saw all these comments, I cried," he said. But now, "I think I have talent at some level," he added. "I'm not the best singer, but I think being the worst." He added that his dream was to sing a duet with Justin Bieber, a teenager as she rose to fame on YouTube.

"I love Justin Bieber," he said.
