Upside Down, a documentary on Creation Records, was published in May

Finally has a date of departure: Upside Down, a documentary film about the history of Creation Records label will be in all stores on May 9. The film, directed by Danny O'Connor looks at the years of existence of the independent label founded by musician and producer Alan McGee with Dick Green and Joe Foster.

Between 1983 and 1999 a lot of bands have passed through the hands of Alan McGee, who named his record company with the name of one of his favorite bands, The Creation. Oasis, Primal Scream, The Jesus And Mary Chain, Adorable, Super Furry Animals, My Bloody Valentine, Saint Etienne, The Pastels, Teenage Fanclub or Ride were part of his roster during this period.

Danny O'Connor said that the film is a celebration of Creation, no critical analysis or review, a celebration of his arrogance and attitude. " In Upside Down will see interviews with Alan McGee himself, Noel Gallagher, Bobby Gillespie and Andrew Innes. May be released in theaters in late spring or early summer.

Sincerely, Upside Down promises.
