Etienne Daho "Amoureux solitaires" in tribute to 'Jacno Future "

2 years after the disappearance of Janco, nicknamed "The Dandy of Pop", the imprint of this great singer, musician, producer and even actor remains in the memories of all those who liked the melodies and renewal that has blown into the French music of the 80s. For the anniversary of his disappearance, Calypso Valois, daughter, and Franck Vergeade have decided to mark the event so that no one forgets quite the artist and give birth to the "tribute to Janco.

In association with Polydor, which the label's first band of Janco, the Stinky Toys, Calypso and Frank Valois Vergeade have gathered many artists and friends of Janco around a new tribute album. Founder of one of the leading groups in the first wave of French punk, "Stinky Toys," with singer Elli Medeiros in 1976, Janco is successful solo with an instrumental piece, Rectangle, reprinted in advertisements "Nesquik" and imposes "his Janco, Modern, minimalist and crystalline.

Recognizable among the many hits of the 80s, became a producer and signs Janco songs for Etienne Daho, Pauline Lafon or Lio and the famous hit "Lonely Lovers". Planned for the month of April 2011, "Janco Future" is a tribute album dedicated to the musician Janco. The album revisits the work of Janco, since its period of Punk up Stinky Toys his solo albums, through the duo Elli & Janco.

To announce and introduce this new album "Janco Futre" is a longtime friend who was chosen. Etienne Daho resumes Lio song "Lonely Lovers" in a new version that keeps the creative spirit and festive Janco. This reinterpretation of "Lonely Lovers" is sung with Calypso, the daughter of Janco.

The friendship between two artists is not new. Janco has produced the first album of Etienne Daho, "pathological liar", and Etienne Daho participated in the album "False Witness" by Janco. Many artists who worked with him during his career Jacno have joined Etienne Daho on the project "Janco Future."
