Silvio Rodriguez will perform and receive awards in Dominican Republic

Havana, March 17 (DPA) - Cuban singer Silvio Rodriguez went today to the Dominican Republic, where it will offer a concert and receive a prize of a local association of journalists in his first international event so far this year. "The Dominican people is excellent," the radio said the founder of the Cuban Nueva Trova minutes before leaving Havana in the morning (local).
