That information that will delight all fans of Depeche Mode. On June 6, 2011, the group "New Wave" of 80 will release a new album exclusively composed mainly of remixes, entitled "Remixes 2: 81-11. The output of this new album is an opportunity for the group to celebrate his 30 year career and we offer a digest of an area in which they have always excelled.
As usual, the release of a new album by Depeche Mode creates the event. The group of 80's, Depeche Mode have invented everything. In 3 decades, Depeche Mode managed to score each decade with new compositions become our reference contemporary period. This group formed in 1979 in England is far from being "vintage", proof the success of their latest album "Sound Of The Universe", published in 2009.
This new remix album "Remixes 2: 81-11" follows the release of the "Remixes 1: 81-04, 2004. Like its predecessor, this new album 2011 includes new versions remixes already carried out at various singles from Depeche Mode. But to go after pleasure, "Remixes 2: 81-11" also contains new versions made by leading electronic producers of the moment.
We thus find artists of different influences. The list is impressive. Röyksopp, Stargate, Eric Prydz and Jacques Lu Cont through UNKLE, Trentemoller, or Bushwaka. It also does little to acknowledge the presence of two former members of Depeche Mode, Vince Clarke and Alan Wilder, who book, album, remixes of the songs "Behind The Wheel" and "In Chains".
A sublime first single from this compilation has appeared on the Internet, the history of the pipe band, the song "Personal Jesus", released in 1989, conducted by Britain's Alex Metric. "Remixes 2: 81-11" will be available June 6, 2011 standard edition and also in a beautiful box that will contain three CDs.
