Rubén Blades and Olga Tanon Venezuela delighted the audience with salsa and merengue concert Saturday

Caracas, February 19 (EFE) .- The Puerto Rican merengue Olga Tanon and Panamanian salsa singer Ruben Blades delighted to 8,000 spectators at the concert yesterday in the city of Caracas.
