Ihsahn sing in Deconstruction, the new album by The Devin Townsend Project

We talked a few months ago Deconstruction and Ghost, the pair of new albums by The Devin Townsend Project, through which the Canadian show both sides of their schizophrenic metal: brutal and uncontrolled in the first, experimental and slow in the second . As usual, both come with luxury partnerships to improve the mix.

In the case of Deconstruction, the wild sister, we learned that with the participation of Ihshan as guest singer. The Norwegian has already proven itself in projects such as Emperor, Peccatum or his many solo albums, and I have no doubt that it can contribute much to the sound of Devin Townsend.

Although not yet confirmed, is speculating that both were double albums, and his arrival could occur between March and April. The next step will be the continuation of Crazy Zilte The Omniscient, which guarantees us a lot of material by this unique musician in the metal scene in 2011.
