Dimitri from Paris and Bob Sinclar: Knights of the Playboy Mansion 2011

Dimitri from Paris and Bob Sinclar arrive at the controls of the new edition of the annual compilation of the "Playboy Mansion" comes out April 4, 2011 on the Defected label. In recent years, the two French DJs have already released every two mixed compilations for the famous magazine charm. This new compilation, subtitled "Knights Of The Playboy Mansion, is a double mix CD that pays tribute to disco and disco house.

Just like Roger Moore and Tony Curtis in the legendary TV series "The Persuaders" were forced to work together to escape jail for fighting together in a hotel on the Riviera, the two French DJ Dimitri from Paris Bob Sinclar and who certainly had many occasions to disagree without coming to blows have joined their efforts in optics, a little more honorable to play one last time at Playboy Mansion with Hugh Hefner, the creator of Playboy magazine, a wish made February 26, 2011.

Live from the Playboy Mansion, find Bob Sinclar, Dimitri from Paris at their best, for a double album mixed respectively by the two producers and DJs. The soundtrack of "Knights Of The Playboy Mansion" was used during their last evening at 10236 Charing Cross Road Los Angeles. Following this evening, the two DJs launched the concept of the album "Knights of the Playboy Mansion, the second trip of Bob Sinclar in the world of rabbits and the fourth for Dimitri.

A delicious blend of classic and new disco formed their accompanying sound ideal for a dip surrounded by at least eight models, each. "When I think of Playboy, the sound must be disco" said Bob Sinclar. "For me the concept of Playboy was in its heyday in the late seventies, before Photoshop and silicone do not like girls to cyborgs.

Accordingly, he fills his songs mix vintage bright Candi Staton, Carrie Lucas and Two Man Sound, while Dimitri will seek novelty with titles Sebastien Tellier, Jimi Tenor, and Breakbot Tensnake. "There's a whiff of disco but with a more modern" says he. "You can call it" nu-disco "for want of a better word.

The lifetime of a mix CD is incredibly short, so I looked for timeless pieces that will always be there in a decade or more.
