Cheap Trick, Eels and Bizaardunak, three new confirmations for Azkena Rock Festival 2011

2011 Azkena seemed stagnant and had been a month without releasing any further confirmation, remaining at that point that although there are several reasons why you would like to get close to Vitoria from 23 to 25 June, may not have found the final , which does not make you doubt. We now know three new bands are added to the lineup, one Cheap Trick, as headliners on Friday.

The quartet of Illinois can consider some classic rock, began in the seventies, with nearly two dozen albums and groups such as Weezer, Pixies and Smashing Pumpkins have always been considered great followers. His are anthems like 'I Want You To Want Me', 'Surrender', 'Dream Police' and 'The Flame'.

Closer in time becomes Eels, the solo project of Mark Oliver Everett who know more deeply after reading his work autobriográfica Things the grandchildren should know, and whose life seems so great a work of fiction. In the musical field has already nine studio albums, the last of them Tomorrow Morning published last year.

Will also be in the Dcode, a new festival to be held in Madrid the same weekend that the Azkena and tomorrow we hope to give you more names. The third confirmation of this batch are the massive folk-rock band Bizardunak Navarre.
