"Chicago" is about to hit a record on Broadway

- The musical "Chicago" is about to hit a record. The matinee August 27th will be the representation number 6138, which means that exceed the original version of "A Chorus Line" to become the fourth longest-standing work on the bill in the history of Broadway. One of the reasons for their permanence is the decision to replace the stars in a play about the venality of celebrities.

It was released in 30 countries since 1996 and translated into 12 languages. It is estimated that more than 10 million people have seen the show.
