Leona Lewis: "Collide" and a new album in 2011

Summer 2011 will mark the return to the music scene from Leona Lewis. Very quiet since the soundtrack to the film "Avatar," the winner of the X-Factor version has taken its time to offer his third studio album. Small event in England, BBC Radio 1 which aired world exclusive new single from the album, "Collide." Very little has filtered through the return of Leona Lewis.

We knew that his third album would arrive in 2011 and things seem to clear this summer with the first song. Last month, the singer stated that his new album would be "strong, deep and unique," before revealing it was inspired by Kate Bush or Tracy Chapman for writing her new songs. July 15, Leona Lewis introduced the first single from his upcoming album, the song "Collide".


This new single was produced by the French Sandy Vee. Producer who has already made the hits of Alexis Jordan "Happiness", Rihanna, Katy Perry, who worked on Madonna's next album. Leona Lewis's song, "Collide", very up tempo will also declined in a remix version done by Afrojack, lasting 6 minutes.

For now, no date has yet been revealed on the release of his next album but some informed sources, like Scott Mills, Radio 1 DJ who was the first played the single "Collide" and that listened to some of the future sounds CD, announces the return of Leona Lewis is simply brilliant!
