Michael Jackson's family announced a concert in tribute to "King of Pop"

.- The family of Michael Jackson today announced the celebration on October 8, in the Welsh city of Cardiff, a benefit concert to honor the "King of Pop", who died in 2009. The announcement of the event was provided by the singer's mother, Katherine Jackson, with her children La Toya, Tito, Jackie and Marlon in an act called the press at a hotel in Beverly Hills (USA), which is not two brothers joined the artist.


Concert is scheduled to last 4 hours and is broadcast live on various pay channels in multiple countries and in some theaters. The promoters of this tribute to Jackson, the British company Global Live Events, gave no details about the artists who will perform. Tickets for the concert, which will stage the Cardiff Millennium Stadium, will go on sale August 4.

Global Live Events reported that revenues generated will go to a number of charities. After several delays, the jury selection process will begin in Los Angeles on September 8.
