The fans of singer Justin Bieber stand guard outside the Palacio de los Deportes de Madrid, where the new teen phenomenon will offer a concert tomorrow. The young singer recently put on sale in Spain "Never Say Never The Remixes", a remix album that includes some of his hits and an unreleased song, and with the collaboration of artists like Miley Cyrus, Kanye West and Usher.
