Simón Bolívar Symphony concert under the baton offered by Brazilian director

- The Venezuelan Youth Orchestra Simón Bolívar (Sjvsb) on Thursday offered a free concert under the baton of Brazilian director Bruno Procopio. At the concert to be held in the hall Simón Bolívar Social Action Center for Music (Caspm) in Caracas. The Sjvsb play five works of French composer and music theorist Jean-Philippe Rameau, Bolívar Music Foundation reported in the press release.

Dardanus, Castor and Pollux, and Kifissos Acanto, Zoroaster and The Gallant Indies, are the pieces that will ring from 5:00 in the afternoon at the music center. Bruno Procopio, who directs the SJVSB on Thursday, obtained in 2001 the first prize in the harpsichord and chamber music from the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris.
