The song was placed number 1 on the Billboard U.S., and had some success in Europe too. Lady Antebellum has also released a new single last entitled "Just a Kiss", currently rated 14th in Billboard.

The song "Out Of Goodbye," along with a large share of songs from the album, was written and composed by Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael and James Valentine, who are three members of the group.
To complete the selection of this new title, the clip of "Out Of Good Bye" is also available on the web and plunges us into a western. The group Maroon 5 has therefore turned again to the design of a short film as a clip. One way to break the monotony of the usual clips, showcase a new way their musical creativity and focus actively in the preparation of their huge summer tour.
