A Dramatic Turn Of Events, the new album by Dream Theater. Will Portnoy forget drama?

For the first time since I discovered Dream Theater and became one of my head bands, many years ago, I'm not particularly thrilled with the arrival of a new album of his. All the controversy with the departure of Mike Portnoy, the intersections of accusations and general lack of tact when choosing a new drummer, have been a little big disappointment for me.

All the bad taste will happen if the album was later found to be at the level of training, something that we can find out on 13 September. It has already been confirmed for us then we can with A Dramatic Turn Of Events, title of this work. Do I detect some irony in the name chosen? I prefer to think not.

For the time Dream Theater will feature a renowned producer, Andy Wallace, which premieres with New Yorkers after a long career in the realm of rock and metal. For all the information already mentioned, we can add the entire set list and announced, and composed of nine tracks: A Dramatic Turn Of Events will be the first album the quintet set with Mike Mangini in their ranks, battery has amply demonstrated its technical conditions, but at least for now is a mystery in the creative section.

If you want to bring some of their harvest will have to wait for the next album, because it has already been confirmed that it has come to write anything.
